GETTING AROUND:

If you’re in Amsterdam for a few days, a travel card is a must-have for hopping onto trams and buses as you please. Validate it before your first journey and tap in and out of the vehicle each time you ride. There are more bicycles in Amsterdam than people, so join the crowds by renting a bike. If you’re a pedestrian, be aware of cyclists – they show no mercy here.
