SERVING SUGGESTION:
Serve the wine with a seafood pasta. Heat 1 t crushed garlic and 6 chopped anchovies in a pan with 2 T olive oil.
Add 2 cups cream, 12 mussels and 12 prawns and simmer until cooked through. Serve with al
dente spaghetti, drizzle with brown butter and 2 T Woolworths’ crispy onion sprinkle.
