rosmarino pasta 250 g asparagus tips 200 g, blanched and chopped fennel ½ bulb, roughly chopped parsley 10 g, roughly chopped fresh dill 10 g, roughly chopped white salad onions 75 g, chopped olive oil 2T lemon 1, juiced sea salt and freshly ground green peppercorn­s, to taste

Woolworths dairy-free Greek white cheese 200 g

Woolworths vegan mayonnaise 4T

1 Cook the pasta according to package instructio­ns, then drain. 2 In a large bowl, toss the pasta, asparagus, fennel, parsley, dill and salad onions with the olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, top with the cheese and vegan mayonnaise and serve immediatel­y.
