What’s the difference between non-vintage and vintage?
If the grapes used to make the bubbly were all harvested in one exceptional year, the year will be stated on the front label. If the wine is blended with grapes from multiple harvests, it’s a non-vintage (or NV) wine, often highlighting the style, tastes and aromas for which a producer is known. If you like a particular producer’s style, you’re likely to enjoy their full range, from non-vintage to vintage.
