Easy to Wok teriyaki stir-fry sauce

1 x 125 ml sachet

Bright & Crunchy stir-fry mix 375 g stir-fry flavoured quickstick­s noodles 2 x 75 g packets peanuts 100 g

From your pantry: sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste olive oil 1T chilli, sliced, for serving

1 Cut the pork fillet into 3 equal portions, season and chargrill for 10–15 minutes in a smoking-hot pan. In the last minute of cooking time, add half the teriyaki sauce to the pan and toss to coat the meat. Set aside to rest. 2 While the meat is cooking, cook the noodles
