OIL IS YOUR FRIEND
Spice oils are a great way to add extra flavour. Oils awaken spices’ natural flavours and act as a carrier, making them go further and become more intense. To get the best result, heat the oil first, then add toasted spices (do that in a dry pan first). Once they start to bubble, foam or pop, remove from the heat. Spice oils elevate simpler dishes, adding depth and another layer of flavour.
