SERVING SUGGESTION
Prepare the stock concentrate
according to package instructions. Season with soya sauce, fish sauce and rice wine
vinegar. Serve with the toppings of your choice such
as orecchiette pasta with roasted baby tomatoes and
blanched pak choi; spring onions, nori, canned salmon, blanched green beans and sesame seeds; or a soft-boiled egg, rice noodles and sautéed
exotic mushrooms.
