SERVING SUGGESTION Prepare Woolworths’ gluten-free flapjacks according to package instructions. Beat 2 t ClemenGold ® zest and half the seeds of a vanilla pod into 1 cup double-thick cream or mascarpone. Heat a pan over a medium-high heat. Melt 1 T butter and place 1 peeled and halved ClemenGold ® mandarin into the pan. Drizzle with honey and grill until golden on both sides, then place on the flapjack stack. Serve warm with a dollop of the cream.
