Mix 2 grated potatoes, 1 T melted butter, 4 roughly chopped sage leaves and season. Shape into rounds, then shallow-fry in olive oil until golden on both sides. Fry Woolworths duck rashers until crispy. Serve the röstis and rashers with crème fraîche, poached eggs, and pan-fried baby asparagus.
