Roast chicken Moscato

The Woolworths House Moscato (R59.99) is an aromatic, fruity sweet wine with floral and stone fruit flavours – white rose petals, honeysuckle, litchi, tangerine and nectarine. It’s light- to medium-bodied with balanced acidity, which is required to tone down the spiciness of the harissa in the apricot roast chicken on page 20, and to complement the coconut cream sauce, cleansing the palate with every sip.
