TAKE A BUTCHER’S
No-nonsense Italian Macellaio RC has added a third property to its repertoire. You’ll find it in the Union Yard Arches, a recent development near Borough Market. Genoa-style pizzas and chewy focaccias are served from the on-site Ligurian bakery, while a theatrical in-house butcher prepares Fassone beef to weight order on a marble butcher’s block framed by curtains. The charcuterie is excellent, too.
