RAS AL-KHAIMAH

This emirate offers touches of authentic Arabia that its neighbours have long since lost. Just an hour north of Dubai, Ras Al-Khaimah has all the draw of year-round sun, without the hefty price tag. Forget the gaudy cityscapes associated with much of the UAE and opt for golden beaches, rich heritage and a diverse landscape that’s ripe for exploration. Qatar Airways is also opening four new flight paths via Doha to make getting there easier than ever before.
