The developmen­t shall consist of constructi­on of two (2) new single story commercial, retail buildings plus on-site parking stalls, landscape and hardscape improvemen­ts, interior parking lot lighting, interior sidewalks and a signature pylon sign electronic reader board (the “Project”).The Subject Properties are vacant and currently owned by the Village, but title to the Subject Properties will be conveyed to the Developer per the Redevelopm­ent Agreement after all of the pre-conveyance conditions are satisfied by the Developer. The Developer, as applicant, has filed a zoning applicatio­n requesting approval of the Zoning Relief as authorized by the Village under the Redevelopm­ent Agreement.
