Reviews

Praise for Brett Helquist: A Christmas Carol: “The beloved Christmas classic is skillfully adapted for this simplified introduction to the tale. Helquist’s artistic style is an excellent match for the Dickensian world of mysterious spirits and spooky graveyards.” - Kirkus Reviews

“Helquist’s talent for detail and visual moods is truly remarkable. The whole family will love this one.” - Deseret News

Roger, the Jolly Pirate: “With scenes of swords crossed in battle with wild slapstick action, the illustrator of the popular Lemony Snicket series puts comic disaster into a lively picture book that’s just for children who will appreciate the sweet bumbling outsider who isn’t bad enough to get respect.” - ALA Booklist

“[Helquist’s] work is warm and appealing.” - New York Times Book Review
