Vallera Jr., 75, of Palmer Twp., passed away suddenly in St. Luke's Hospital - Warren on January 7, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Linda (Hayes) Vallera, with whom he shared 45 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Anthony and Ethel (Jawback) Vallera. He was a graduate of Easton High School and served in the Army Reserves. He worked as an electricia­n ("one of the Final 13") at Bethlehem Steel for 35 years before retiring and then continued working with IBEW Local 102 in NJ. In addition to his wife, Linda, he is survived by his daughter, Farah L. Vallera of Bethlehem; stepdaught­er, Stephanie L. Mathers of Bethlehem and grandson, Dawson T. Bochini who lived with them and whom he was very close. He was preceded in death by his brother, Nicholas Vallera. Services: Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside ser vice on Thursday, Jan. 14th at 11:00 A.M. at Northampto­n Memorial Shrine Cemetery, 3051 Green Pond Rd., Easton. Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Chester E. and Dorothy (Hartman) Weaver. Barbara was employed by McFadden's Freight, Sears, East Penn Mechanical and H.T. Lyons. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Allentown. Survivors: Sister, Patricia Hallman; Nieces and Nephews. She was predecease­d by Uncle Merle Bleam and Aunt Catherine Bleam, who raised her; Sisters, Elizabeth Weaver and Claire Signarovit­z; Brother and Sister in Law, Carl and Judy Weaver; Brother in Law, Linford Hallman; Nephew, Scott Hallman; and Niece, Kayla Hallman. Services: Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM Wednesday, January 13th at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1046 W. Cedar St., Allentown.
