The function of the Fiji Meat Industry Board is to construct and operate public slaughteri­ng facilities. Fiji Meat Industry Board is looking to engage a HACPP Consultant who will be engaged to do the following for HACCP Certificat­ion of its Nakasi Abattoir:• • • • • Need Analysis HACCP Audit Develop HACCP Manual Conduct training of Quality Assurance/Process Workers Liaise with Project Manager on the upgrade of Abattoir to HACCP standard Implementa­tion of HACCP Plan HACCP Certificat­ion Monitoring Internal /External HACCP Audit • • • • The Consultant must be from an internatio­nally accredited organizati­on with proven experience in similar work.
